Dry Body Brushing

I dry brush for about 5-7 minutes everyday before I hop into the shower. Dry brushing will help improve your skin from breakouts, and help protect your body from toxins. Another benefit is it improves your circulation in your lymphatic system! You will notice a huge difference with your skin if you make dry brushing a part of your daily routine! It will tighten and firm your skin, reducing cellulite and improve the softness of your skin! What can be better than that?

What Kind Of Brush Needed

You need to get a brush that has natural bristles. Do not buy the synthetic brushes because it can scratch your skin! Ouch! I love using the brushes that have a long handle and that can simply be detached. The longer handle is amazing for those hard to reach areas and the detachable brush can be used for your arms, chest, stomach and legs. You can buy these brushes almost anywhere just make sure they are natural!

Where To Brush

Some people think that dry brushing is only for the legs, but honestly dry brushing everywhere is the best thing for your skin. I dry brush every part of my body, my back, stomach, legs, feet, arms, and chest, even my little booty. My skin has never looked and felt better! Just make sure not to dry brush over scratches or opened wounds.

How To Properly Dry Brush

When I dry brush, I simply brush towards my heart in a circular motion. I start with brushing my feet and work my way up towards my chest. Just make sure that you are brushing towards your heart. When I first started brushing my skin was a little red, so when you first start out, gently brush your skin until it can handle more pressure.  Note to self: Dry brush on dry skin ONLY!

How Often You Should Wash Your Brush

I wash my brush about two times a week with shampoo, and I make sure to rinse it out very well! Hang it somewhere where it can dry completely and you have yourself a clean brush!

Try to make dry brushing a part of your daily routine! There are so many amazing benefits, so why not try it! Because I know you will end up loving it, but most of all you will love the results of your skin!

Love is the whole point

 Love is not just something you keep for your family and friends, it is an outward expression that you are allowed to share openly in everything you do. It is sharing a mutual respect and compassion for this world onto mankind.

Imagine just little things that we do each day that impact the world in a positive way. Things you may not even know that you do, give into this world in a positive way... and that is a beautiful thing :)

Now I know this risks sounding mushy and sappy and well it is not intended that way... my only intention is to remind each of us (myself included) that although the day may be rough.. the road bumpy and the destination far... each day whether we like it or not... we chose to get up, go about our day and at some point in that day we impact the world in a good way. If it is a small service like opening a door for someone, smiling, or even just hitting a deadline... we all have small opportunities to be blessings on to someone.

Bubble Face Wash

Bubble face washes are really popular right now.People in Asia are saying regular wash is too harsh but bubbles are really gentle. ^^ It's too bad about the makeup removal though. I hate two step MU/face wash but I do it just to make sure I removed my sunscreen. Such a pain in the behind though lol.

Soft Ensaymada

Ensaymada

Sangkap:
1/2 tasang asukal
2 pakete Fleischmann’s RapidRise Yeast (instant yeast din to)
1 kutsarang asin
1 tasang gatas
1/2 tasang tubig
2/3 tasang purico
1 tasang "mashed potato" (maaaring gumamit ng purong nilagang patatas, o yung tirang mashed potato)
2 itlog
Note:

Paraan:

I FEEL SO BLESSED

Happy Mama!!!  Im so blessed to  have a wonderful kids. Thank you God for giving me so many kids hahaha. Its ok i can handle them naman   😊 even they are so super makulit πŸ˜‰πŸ˜„πŸ˜ŠπŸ˜Š kaya ko toh! Hehehe kaya natin toh pala 😁  With the help of my husband and my eldest daughter. Thanks you for supporting me kahit akoy super sungit sa inyo pagpasensyahan nyo nalang ang kasungitan ni  mama.

Tandaan nyo!

 "Kung sa Panginoon laging titingin,
Ang pag-asa nati'y magniningning,
Kung mga problema ang papansinin,
Takot ang siyang mananaig sa atin."

Ok! I wanna say I blessed  talaga... I am thankful for my husband because:

My husband has stayed with us, no matter what.

He makes me and my children laugh.

He is willing to work to provide for us.

He has never learned the art of lying. ( nahuli ko na sya once n' sana wag na maulit) πŸ˜πŸ˜ŠπŸ˜‰

He loves to gives hugs to us all.

He has taught me many things.

He listens to me.

He enjoys my cooking.

He support me sa mga pangangailangan ko sa aking hobby like scrapbooking and baking 😊😍

He chose me to be his wife.

I am thankful for my kids too:

Reasons Why I Am Thankful for Being a Mom

I am thankful for being a mom of the sweetest little thing I ever had: My Kids! Yes!!!

… for kissing my flaws thinking that I am perfect;
… for needing my arms as she lays to sleep;
… for laughing while she’s crying as I transform into a tickle monster or make some silly jokes;
… for being happy with little things we share;
… for testing the level of my sanity when her endless tantrum begins;
… for reminding me that the daily routines we do together are actually different, and each day I learn from it;
… for training my resistance to patience;
…for teaching me not to be embarrassed when she does something awful in the middle of the crowd because I am a mom and willing to do the right way in the midst of it all;
… for asking me to hug her, which actually means carry her even if she is almost half my weight – because this made me realize as a sweet alternative to dumbbell exercise;
… for helping me dig through my creativity;
… for helping me define unconditional love;
… for totally transforming my life and my heart’s desires that helped me understand why my mother cried on my wedding day (I’ll tell you why someday).

And I won’t forget my husband. I thank you for everything!

Aimi! Happy 18th Birthday!

Today is a very special day, and not just because it is your birthday, but because it is the day when I first saw my first angel. I love you my Daughter Aimi. Happy Birthday!

As an 18-year-old, you are starting to gain your independence.
This could be an exhilarating thing to behold.
But be careful, you are still new at the whole adult thing.
Don’t rush into it. Enjoy your teenage years.
Happy 18th birthday!
